  • 研究方向

    擅长核酸编辑和组装,致力于开拓DNA在纳米材料、生物传感、临床诊断等方面的基础和应用研究,开展的方向包括:

    1. 对靶点或标志物明确的重大恶性肿瘤和慢性疾病,开发可用于体液诊断的便捷核酶探针(试剂盒);对于标志物未知的重大恶性肿瘤和慢性疾病(主要是三阴性乳腺癌),以核酶探针库为抓手,通过临床样本间的对冲抵消,筛选鉴定疾病相关的标志物和对应的检测探针,揭示疾病的分子机制并明确药物可作用的靶点;

    2. 开发新型3D框架核酸的设计和组装方案,在保持组装体近原子分辨率的前提下,将自组装的尺度在3D空间从纳米推向微米和亚毫米级,以满足其作为介质在材料科学中的更多应用需求;同时开发活细胞生产制备框架核酸的生物技术,降低制备成本,为框架核酸的临床研究提供支持;

    3. 利用试管内进化的高效筛选策略分离获得重大疾病相关的核酸酶(DNAzyme和Ribozyme),将其与框架核酸融合,编辑组装“环境响应型智能纳米药物载体”,用于重大疾病的靶向精确递药。
